In the rapidly growing RTP region, where the Nepali diaspora is expanding, the Mandir provides a sense of belonging and continuity. It offers a sanctuary where individuals can practice their faith, celebrate festivals, and participate in community rituals, which are often challenging to maintain in a foreign land. Additionally, it’s a place for youth to connect with their cultural roots, learn the language, participate in traditional events, and foster intergenerational connections, helping preserve and pass on the community’s values.
