A HISTORIC DAY FOR OUR NEPALI COMMUNITY!

We are pleased to announce that the property acquisition closing for Pashupati Buddha Mandir of North Carolina (PBMNC) has been successfully completed today, October 30, 2026!

For more than a decade, our Nepali community in the Triangle area has shared a dream – a permanent home where we can worship, celebrate our traditions, preserve our cultural heritage, educate our children, and bring generations together.

Today that dream is closer to reality.

Located in the Durham–Chatham County area, this approximately 13-acre property, with existing buildings and beautiful open spaces, is now available for community use.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our PBMNC Board member Mr. Sujan Neupane for financial arrangement for the property acquisition. We appreciate his remarkable commitment to our shared community vision.

In the coming days, we’ll share the financial agreement for the property acquisition and how we can come together as a community and raise the necessary funds to bring this property under PBMNC ownership.

We invite every individual, family, community organization, business, and well-wisher to be part of this historic journey.
